In the program¶
- The menu Help > Feedback and News opens the public feedback page in the browser – there you can report errors or submit suggestions for improvement.
- The menu Help > About Herzog CAB shows your installed version number and the contact details at a glance.
What you should have ready for a quick answer¶
Please state with every request:
- Your version number (see Help > About Herzog CAB).
- Your operating system (Windows 10 / 11).
- A short description of what you did and what happened instead – ideally with a screenshot.
- For licence problems: the container serial number from the CodeMeter Control Center (see Licence problems).
